In addition to my full-time career, I serve as a part-time executive coach for one of the leading business schools, where I work with emerging leaders to refine their personal brands, elevate their influence, and accelerate their careers. I also advise ambitious professionals on how to leverage their strengths, create strategic visibility, and align their personal brands with their goals.

Cherif has dedicated the past 26 years to the technology industry, with 19 of those years at a Fortune 500 technology company. Currently, he serves as Executive Director of CX Services, where he leads a team of 120 architects and engineers delivering innovative Cisco technology solutions across the Middle East, Africa, and Southern Europe.
Ten years ago, Cherif’s journey took him from Montreal, Canada, where he began his career in telecommunications as a sales engineer, to the dynamic city of Dubai. The 2015 move to Cisco Dubai marked a career-defining shift, expanding his role from a national sales engineering position to overseeing service delivery across 25 countries, a transition that reshaped both his professional scope and geographic influence.
Cherif’s academic pursuits have paralleled his professional evolution. Completing an Executive MBA with distinction at Hult Business School reignited his intellectual passion, blending academic theory with practical insights. Now undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration, his motivation is twofold: a commitment to his research in personal branding and a goal of becoming a leading authority in the field. After nearly two decades with Cisco, Cherif sees this academic journey as part of a larger transition to the next phase of his career.
